As a mother of 3 children I know all to well how hard it is to find the time to exercise, not to mention how embarrassing it can be to feel so unfit & how overwhelming the journey of weight loss can look.

Look no more, my name is Tam after having lost more than 50 kg’s, I decided to become a Personal Trainer in Hobart so I could help others do what I did – fight the food demons!.

Having been overweight for most of my life, I know first hand how daunting the prospect of embarking on exercise can be. My promise to you is that I will be gentle, non judgemental and understanding.

Session fees vary depending on your requirements, but are very competitive
Discounts available for 2 or more clients per session.
Longer sessions available if required, all tailored to your needs.

First Meeting Free

Individual or group training, indoor or outdoors, in the privacy of your own home or at a park, I offer my first meeting for free and I will even come to you!
